offer offspring by. Both his sire and dam are proven producers of World Champion
offspring. His sire Blue Boy Doc is an NCHA Money
Earner and producer of NCHA/NRHA winners. His grandsire
Doc's Prescription is an NCHA Leading Sire (with offspring earning over $2 million),
and sire of both World Champion Cutting and World Champion Pleasure Horses, and
offspring earning more than 8,600 AQHA Halter and Performance points to date.
Also on Blue's papers is the legendary AQHA Hall of Fame Inductee
Doc Bar, whose offspring have earned 6 World
Championships, more than $3.2 million in NCHA winnings, and 8,894 total
AQHA points.
In addition, Blue's great-grandsire
Boston Mac had a Speed Index of 91, $24,279 Race Winnings,
a Superior in Halter, and sired 4 World Champions, 7 Reserve World Champions, and
offspring earning 13,578.5 total AQHA points, with Race Money Earners of $78,803.
Blue is also double bred Hollywood Gold and
Triple Chick, with several lines to
Three Bars, and other foundation legends such as
Poco Tivio, Poco Bueno, Parkers Trouble and
King in his bloodlines. And Blue's 1995 FULL
brother Apache Blue Boy is an AQHA 3 Time World
Champion and 1 Time Reserve World Champion Heeling Horse, holding Superiors in
Heading, Heeling and Tie-down Roping, with 1,119.5 total AQHA points under his
belt to date.
Like his brother, Blue has proven to be an excellent heading and heeling horse and a great
all-around ranch horse. He was also trained for reining and cutting in his youth,
but was never shown due to time constraints. His foals are very athletic, smart,
attractive and willing to please. They are ready to go in any direction you
choose to take them, and they make excellent performance horse prospects.
