The current owner (on record with AQHA) of any eligible horse can apply for the Incentive Program for any year shown during the horse's lifetime,
until a combined total of $1000 in Incentive Program payouts have been earned by that individual horse.
2. At the end of each show year, each horse owner will be required to submit a copy of his/her horse's AQHA certificate,
an Incentive Program application, supporting documentation of horse's points and/or money earned that year,
and at least one show photo for use on the Foothills Ranch website (with written copyright permission granted by photographer),
in order to qualify for Incentive Program payouts.
